Journey in Faith Class

A Chance to go Deeper

The Adult Journey in Faith class is an introduction to key principles of the Christian faith and the Episcopal Church. We will explore the Christian story, how it is expressed through Anglican tradition and the Episcopal Church in the United States, and how it is lived out in our community. This class is particularly appropriate for those preparing for adult baptism, confirmation or reception; however we welcome all adults who seek to deepen their knowledge and expand their spiritual lives.

This class will begin on September 30 and will be held in The Chapter Room during the Sunday Morning Education hour and led by The Rev. Diane E. Vie.

Centering Prayer

The Rector will lead participants in contemplative prayer. After introductory remarks each week, the group will work toward a 20 minute session of Centering Prayer, listening for the voice of God. Books suggested for the course include:

Thursday Morning Women’s Bible Study

Are you interested in gathering with other women and learning about how to integrate our daily living with how the Bible speaks to us? There is no need to have any bible study experience to attend. All women are welcome to join us for fun filled fellowship as we grow together in God’s grace. Nursery will be provided.
