ST. JOHN’S DAY SCHOOL
St. John’s Day School Embraces Children and Invites Them To Love Christ, To Love Learning, And To Love All People!
We continually invest in our school facilities. We have a newly updated playground with equipment specifically designed for children age 1-5 years old and a soft turf ground surface. We invest in new classroom toys, manipulatives, and resources yearly. We rely on learning through hands on play and activities and use limited technology or screen time. We have a school library and science center.
All students are introduced to Spanish with age appropriate lessons and activities weekly.
Each student attends a weekly class with Melody Makers. They learn about the fundamentals of music, key composers and they have a lot of fun! They put what they have learned to work in our Christmas and Spring concerts.
Weekly chapel time fosters the spirit of each child and celebrates our connection to God through the mediums of story and song.
We use the award winning Learning Without Tears program. Its multi-sensory approach addresses different learning styles and invites active participation. Development builds on what children have previously learned and inspires confidence in this important building block in elementary school readiness.
We would love the opportunity to show you our school. Please contact the Director, Amy Panzer for a tour.
